Q1: How many Tech Packs can I create on FREE account?

You can create Unlimited tech packs. We have no restrictions as to number of Tech Packs you can create in any of the accounts.

Q2: Are payments secure?

Payments are processed using PayPal. Industry standard encryption is used to ensure that your details never end up in the wrong hands.

Q3: Do you offer discounts?

The yearly Pro plan comes with 20% Discount. We do not offer any other discounts at this time.

Q4: Can I cancel at any time?

Yes , you can downgrade your account from a paid plan to Free at any time. You’ll still remain Pro up until the days you already paid for run out. You can choose to erase all the data or download as excel in CSV format (available to Director Plan) if you don't want your data to be public after your plan expires.

Q5: What do I need to use Techpacker?

Answer 5 : All you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser such as the most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

Q6: Do you offer refunds?

Answer 6 : Unfortunately we can't offer refunds at this time due to amount of administrative work involved. See “Payment and Renewal” in terms of service.
